On November 26, 2025, Thailand Customer from Fastenal came to VCU for on-site visit. VCU extended a warm welcome to the arrival of Mrs. Amirah and Mrs. Patt.

Both sides first introduced their respective companies to each other. Then, the client presented the main purpose of their visit today - the ISO9001 audit. After that, we led the client to visit the production workshop and the testing room. There, the client conducted on-site inspections of raw material sources, order tracking, product testing, etc., and asked us to provide relevant documents for inspection. We had in-depth discussions with the customer.

Fastenal and VCU are getting to know each other better. The customers were very interested in our factories. They will send the audit report later to us and proceed with next steps.
