Recently, International Product Solutions (IPS) visited VCU INTERNATIONAL INC. for a business exchange and factory tour.
The visit provided both sides with a valuable opportunity to introduce their companies, discuss manufacturing capabilities,
and explore potential future cooperation.
The attendees included Eric Mcniff from IPS, and James Zeng, Abby Tần, Lydia Từ, and Đặng Thị Yến Nhi from VCU. The
meeting took place at VCU’s facility located at No. 22, Street 26, Song Than 2 Industrial Park, Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh
City, Vietnam.
At the beginning of the visit, both parties exchanged introductions and greetings. IPS, established in 2001, focuses on
product development, strategic sourcing, manufacturing coordination, and supply chain management for consumer goods.
During the meeting, VCU introduced its company profile and core business strengths. Located in Ho Chi Minh City, VCU
benefits from convenient export access to major markets such as the United States and Europe. VCU specializes in metal,
plastic, and rubber fabrication, as well as rapid prototyping and assembly services, providing customized part solutions for
customers across industries including automotive, bicycle, hydraulic, precision instruments, and new energy.
During the factory tour, VCU presented its company brochure and gave a detailed introduction to its production processes,
materials, and surface treatment capabilities. The IPS team then visited the workshop to observe the injection molding,
sewing, assembly, bundling, and packaging processes for Amazon cap rack products, gaining a clearer understanding of
the production flow and current progress.
In addition, the visitors toured the mold-making area, injection molding and blow molding machines, and the sample room
for injection molded products. Through this on-site visit, IPS gained deeper insight into VCU’s manufacturing capacity,
technical capabilities, and product diversity.
This visit further strengthened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for closer cooperation in the future.
