On October 23, 2026, VCU INTERNATIONAL INC. welcomed a representative from NVL, a U.S.-based manufacturer, for an on-site factory audit and business meeting. The visit aimed to evaluate VCU's manufacturing capabilities, review production processes, and explore potential OEM manufacturing cooperation.

Representing NVL was Ms. Ngo Phuong, Senior Purchasing Manager, while VCU was represented by Mr. Willy Hậu, Ms. Ngọc Bình, and Mr. Lloyd Bùi.

As an established U.S. manufacturer, NVL is exploring opportunities to expand its sourcing network in Asia and identify reliable manufacturing partners. During the meeting, both parties introduced their companies and discussed production requirements, material sourcing, and manufacturing arrangements. VCU confirmed that materials for the proposed project would be sourced locally, with production carried out in Vietnam.

As part of the factory audit, the NVL representative toured VCU's investment casting workshop to review manufacturing processes, production equipment, and post-casting treatments. The visit continued through the precision machining and finishing workshops, where VCU showcased its 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machines, milling and turning equipment, as well as grinding and polishing processes.

Both parties also exchanged views on tooling arrangements, production planning, packaging solutions, and potential opportunities for future cooperation on custom-engineered components.

The visit provided NVL with valuable insights into VCU's manufacturing capabilities and production operations as part of its supplier evaluation process.
