On October 26, 2026, representatives from Welltec visited VCU International’s manufacturing facility in Vietnam for a business exchange and factory tour. The visit provided an opportunity for both teams to gain a deeper understanding of each other’s operations, review manufacturing capabilities, and discuss quality requirements and production processes for the ongoing sample order.

The Welltec delegation included Phuoc Vo, Manager of Planning & Sourcing, and Bjarke Bulöw Andersen, Production Manager. They were welcomed by the VCU team, including Willy Hậu, Kiki Tống, and Lloyd Bui.

During the meeting, VCU introduced its company background, manufacturing capabilities, and experience serving customers across various industries. The discussion covered VCU’s capabilities in casting, stamping, machining, injection molding, and assembly, as well as its production experience and plans to further expand its manufacturing capacity in Vietnam.

The Welltec team then toured VCU’s precision casting workshop, machining workshop, surface treatment area, and inspection laboratory. During the visit, the delegation reviewed raw materials, production lines, and finished products to gain first-hand insight into VCU’s manufacturing processes, production workflows, and quality inspection capabilities.

A key focus of the meeting was the ongoing sample order. Both teams discussed production arrangements, inspection procedures, and quality documentation to ensure alignment with Welltec’s requirements.

In addition to introducing its own operations, Welltec shared its business background and technological expertise in downhole intervention and sealing solutions for the energy industry. The exchange provided VCU with a better understanding of Welltec’s products, engineering capabilities, and expectations for manufacturing partners.

The visit strengthened communication between the two teams and established a clearer framework for sample production, quality assurance, and order progress updates. VCU looks forward to continuing its close cooperation with Welltec by providing reliable manufacturing support, consistent quality control, and responsive customer service.
